Potential harassment, discrimination, retaliation or abusive conduct can appear in the workplace and in many different forms, requiring managers to be constantly vigilant and knowledgeable about handling inappropriate and unlawful behaviors. Take these courses to explore practical examples that will raise management’s awareness of potential employee issues and legal liabilities related to sexual harassment. This training will fulfill the two-hour training requirements of California AB 1825 as well as those of California AB 2053 and SB 1343, which include educating supervisors and managers about harassment based on gender identity, gender expression and sexual orientation.
